Paper Information

Phase I: The culminating effort of Phase I is the Research Report, a 7-10 page analysis of some cause/issue and an exploration of some local group/organization that advocates for that cause/issue. Thus, your goal is to very quickly come up with some cause/issue that interests you, or you might already have a group/organization in mind and come up with some cause/issue related to it.

Then, you will begin first by doing scholarly research on the cause or issue. That research will culminate in the Annotated Bibliographies. It is requested that you also conduct an Interview with someone within your chosen local group/organization. Your goal then is to write the Research Report,write about your exploration of the group/organization and the cause/issue in tandem. You should also design and create a Deliverable, which is a visual element to the project that is used either to advocate for the group/organization or to transmit information visually to aid that group/organization.
