CASE STUDY SUMMARY
This section should contain three elements.
First, briefly introduce the case study organisation(s). What type of organisation(s) did the researcher(s) study? What change did the organisation(s) undertake or experience?
Second, briefly summarise the research methods the researcher(s) used to gather data about the change?
Third and finally, summarise in your own words what happened during the change process. This means explaining what key events occurred during the change and the outcome of the change, based on the information provided in the article. Use only the information from the journal article. You do not need to undertake any additional research into the organisation or the change from other sources.
