You will finish writing the main section of your paper that you started in Module 2. As a reminder, the main section of your business proposal should be four pages and include the following:

Needs/Problems: Identify needs/problems to be addressed. Include the target population and any statistical information that you may have. Ideas for information to include here are: length of time needs/problems have existed, whether problem has ever been addressed before, impact of problem to target population, impact of problem to surrounding populations.
Goals/Objectives: Identify goals/objectives to address the needs/problems stated above. Also include key benefits of reaching goals/objectives. The goals should be specific and measurable.
Procedures/Scope of Work: Provide detailed information about proposed procedures, if available, and the scope of work. Include information on activities such as recruiting, training, testing and actual work required.
Timetable and Budget: Provide detailed information on the expected timetable for the project, broken down into phases. Provide a schedule for each phase and state the proposed costs and budget of the project. Include information on how you intend to manage the budget.
Key Personnel: List key personnel who will be responsible for completing the project,as well as other stakeholders involved in the project. Do not use real people’s names. Use pseudonyms or position titles.
Evaluation: State how progress will be evaluated throughout the project and once it is completed.
Endorsements and Next Steps: Provide names of individuals/companies who support and endorse the project and specify the actions required of the readers of this document.
You may choose to include opposing viewpoints in this section to help you build a case for your topic. Keep in mind, you are not the expert and any data or information you present must be cited. Also, continue building your paper by creating your reference section. Note that references should be no older than five years, unless they are a seminal work or a reference of historical value. You need to use at least 5 sources. We are focusing on your reference section early, since citations for articles in the introduction and body can be challenging. You must adhere to APA formatting for citations in your writings. Any information you share in your paper must be cited, and all citation resources should be included in your reference section. Because we are using APA formatting, you do not need to use footnotes at the bottom of the page or at the end of your paper.
