Reasons why the Project is needed. As part of the FoW Worker element of the project, we need to identify the different worker typologies and different types of tasks carried out in different roles to be able to identify the correct level of support needed to move forward. Having the support of Keele University and additional resource will help develop this further and more quickly.

Additionally, having individuals with limited business experience will allow the problem identified to be approached from a fresh perspective without preconceived ideas, allowing for a broader and more thorough investigative piece that can then be picked up by the FoW team and developed into tangible offerings for colleagues.

PROJECT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Students will deliver a written report outlining their findings: how task, individual, role, seniority, and level of experience impact where the work needs to be completed . They will be expected to produce a list of recommendations.
