Perceptions of the causation of handheld nail gun injury to apprentice carpenters in residential construction
The intended outcome of the study is to obtain perceptions and experiences of nail gun injury causation from those who work within the building industry with responsibility for the Occupational Health & Safety.
The outcome is a qualitative study paper using the collected interview transcription data to be examined using the thematic analysis qualitative approach outlined by Braun and Clarke to identify both common and differing themes raised by participants and that of the current research available in the literature review . The aim is to highlight key or specific trends or markers that result in injury from nail gun use.
