Be sure to also explain all changes you made in order to balance the budget, including the changes mandated by the assignment instructions. Your proposal should be fairly detailed .

Here is an example:
“There was an 8% increase in spending on staff salaries, from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00″. While your budget table is a part of your proposal, you do not want your reader having to flip from your narrative to your table to understand exactly what an 8% increase looks like.”
