The goal of this study was to see if mindfulness training may lead to substantial changes in students’ symptoms of sadness, anxiety, and stress when compared to a control group and another group who are participating in a physical exercise program. A total of 334 students from year one and two were included in the study. The Abbreviated Scale of Depression, Anxiety, and Stress was used as the measuring instrument .
