Utilizing the knowledge you have gained from the readings and discussions related to this Module, answer the following question:

With the end of his contract term approaching, it is time to renegotiate, among other terms, the salary and other compensation, of your tax-exempt hospital’s CEO. He has provided you with anecdotal data he obtained and averaged from talking with various  hospitals in various larger and smaller cities around you and wants to be part of the committee that determines his “fair market value”.

Discuss your concerns with the data he has provided and his involvement in the process. Propose to the rest of the Board the process and data you would utilize and describe to them why it is in the Hospital’s and the CEO’s best interest that the process be done your way. The essay should be no more than four pages.
