The position holder will work under the supervision of the Administration Supervisor and is required to answer the telephone, provide assistance with customer enquiries, process telephone orders, and provide administrative and clerical support to The Righteous Bean’s Management Team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative duties
Prepare business letters, reports and other documents as required.
General administrative duties as required
Prepare meeting agenda for the weekly Management meeting.
Record and distribute Management meeting minutes.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
Provide relief reception duties.
Answer incoming telephone calls and take/forward messages.
Provide administrative assistance to Management Team as required.
Customer service duties
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and face-to-face contact.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Process telephone orders from business customers.
Monitor and respond to organisational Facebook pages.
Deal with customer complaints and requests for refunds or exchanges from personal and business customers.
General responsibilities
Contribute to a positive work environment and culture of quality improvement.
