Describe the main issue or challenge faced by Leaders or Leadership Teams or HR Departments in the industry
Describe why is this important to conduct a research study to address this issue or challenge i.e. the motivation of the research study

Literature Review
Review literature on the main issue or challenge faced by the industry – this has to be very specific literature that will lead to identify research gap.

Researchable problem
Describe the specific research gap from literature review.
This will include the main concepts / constructs related to the issue under study and the relationships among those concepts / constructs that have not been studied before in the literature.
