Company history – provide the relevant information about the company. Management team, mergers & acquisitions, etc.
An interview with the manager/owner stating why they made the changes they did. Discuss management’s role in the change(s) process (Including reference to ” Images of Change” from the Power Points on Moodle)
Discuss in detail the change (s) the organization went through during the period of time you are looking at. – (e.g Starbucks adding food to menu)
Identify both internal and external pressures for the change (s)
Describe various types of change, including first-order, second –order, and beyond first-order and second-order (These changes are covered in the Power Points )
Specify any resistance to the change process. List the approaches that were adopted by the company to deal with the resistance.
