Demonstrate how you have used the creativity academic literature to analyse and reflect on your individual experience.

Within your report you should:
• Identify an experience where your individual creative input has contributed in some way. Your creative contribution could have been related to solving a problem, designing something, producing an output, providing a service, but the experience must be one over which you had some influence through your own creativity. The experience you identify may have taken place during employment, at university, school/college, or it may be an experience related to other activities in your personal life, for example a hobby or sport.

• Analyse your own creativity in the context of the experience identified.

• Demonstrate how you have used the creativity academic literature to analyse and reflect on your individual experience. You are expected to annotate appropriate frameworks/models from the academic literature to support your analysis.

• Use the analysis of your individual experience to make specific links to creativity and innovation in the context of an organisation.

• Consider the challenges for businesses of both facilitating individual and group creativity and protecting the ideas generated .

You are expected to conduct your own literature search to identify academic sources appropriate to your individual piece of work, in addition to drawing on the literature from the module. Throughout your report you should critically evaluate some of the key themes and concepts within the creativity and innovation academic literature.
