This project create a unique birthday celebration for William’s 60th birthday this August.
⦁ Project Purpose
The purpose of this event is to bring William’s friends and family members together to joyfully commemorate and celebrate his 60th birthday.

The project budget is not to exceed $15,000.
⦁ Business Requirements
This is just the high level business requirements that the project is going to fulfill. Remember that this is not a detailed list of requirements.
⦁ Attendee list is approximately 100 people
⦁ Event celebration will be indoors at a venue in either Boca Raton or Delray Beach
⦁ The event will be approximately 3-4 hours long
⦁ Live music or DJ music will be provided
⦁ Dancing provision is optional, not required
⦁ Assumptions
⦁ The event will be held at an area hotel
⦁ Catering will be provided by the venue provider
⦁ Food and drinks (including alcoholic) are provided as part of the celebration
⦁ Constraints
⦁ The event will not start earlier than 11A nor finish later than 10P
⦁ Celebration event will be on a Saturday in August
⦁ Risks
⦁ Attendees may consume too much alcohol and be impaired when leaving the party, potentially causing harm to themselves or others
⦁ Attendees may have food allergies (nuts, dairy, other)
