Explain which of these two types of defense is the most likely to prevail in the greatest number of cyber crime cases and provide a rationale for your choice.

Defenses to Cyber Crime Allegations

Prior to beginning work on this discussion read the Brenner, Carrier, & Henninger (2004), and Hernacki (2012) articles. Review the instructions and research a minimum of one additional scholarly source to support your work.

Traditional notions of due process, legal defense, and fairness apply to cyber crimes just as they apply to any other notion of more traditional criminal allegations. Throughout your readings this week you have learned that there are two fertile areas for a defense to a cyber crime allegation: factual and legal. A factual defense can easily be summed up by the inimitable legal scholar, Mr. Bart Simpson, of the long-running animated television series, The Simpsons. Bart routinely asserts the factual defenses to allegations of wrong doing as, “I didn’t do it; nobody saw me do it; there’s no way they can prove anything.” These are all valid and somewhat comprehensive definitions of a factual defense. A legal defense, on the other hand, deals with the government’s inability to overcome a defense based on the law in areas such as jurisdiction, vagueness of the law(s), double jeopardy, statutes of limitation, etc.

Include the following elements in your 400 word initial post:

Define and examine both factual and legal defenses to cybercrime allegations.
Your examination must include at least one scholarly source beyond this week’s required readings.

Explain which of these two types of defense is the most likely to prevail in the greatest number of cyber crime cases and provide a rationale for your choice.

Evaluate ways in which future laws can limit defenses to cyber crime allegations.

As a result, Adam and Anna feel that they have not the support of the shareholders and they decide to resign from Alpha Ltd. After their resignation, Alpha Ltd decides not to continue the negotiations for the redevelopment project.

Six months later, Adam and Anna incorporate their own company (Beta Ltd) and, in turn, conclude a contract for the redevelopment of the northern part of the business centre. The contract is estimated to be worth £ 5 Million.

When Linda finds out the estimated worth of the contract, she plans to take legal action against Adam and Anna.

Equity and Trust Written Assignment

Have attached the questions and the relevant article. The one in image form is a guide note/message from my professor. My professor does not just lecture us but also law textbook writer. She told us to show creativity in part c because we are required to put forward possible arguments opposed to the author's argument. Please follow the instructions in the question (it is attached in word document). The one that pdf is the article. Equity is a core module. It contributes 50% to the final grading of the module.Use OSCOLA referencing style. References is compulsory. Plagiarism is strictly punished coz we are submitting through turnitin.

Add in the sources at the end. Footnotes is a must – follow OSCOLA. Provide case law and correct central arguments of the essay.Help me to excel this module. The comment for part C: you need to work on identifying what the counter arguments would be. This is where your creativity comes in – what the alternatives to Wilde's arguments would be. THe author presents what is in essence and opinion – albeit a reasoned one, but that does not mean that he is correct. How would you either dispute his argument,or present a different one?

What are the causes and effects of domestic violence, and the intervention programs used to combat it?

Outline of Literature Review and Feedback from Professor

The title of this study is “The Effects of Domestic Violence on Women”. Domestic violence refers to abuse or violence done in a domestic setting, such as cohabitation or marriage (Akhmedshina 2020). Some types of violence include physical assault, marital rape, and sexual abuse (Naz et al., 2018). The instances of domestic violence have records of negative effects on women, including unwanted pregnancies, death, mental health problems, and physical injuries (Sharma et al., 2019; Tavoli et al., 2016). However, there are interventions to deal with domestic violence on women (Bellini et al., 2020).

What are the causes and effects of domestic violence, and the intervention programs used to combat it?

Academic databases were searched to discover relevant research articles about domestic violence’s impact on women, its causes, effects, and developed interventions.

Despite affecting women (victims), domestic violence also affects the doer and children, especially when it is in a marriage setting.
