Read Four Lessons You Can Learn From Bad Leaders, Forbes 2019. Perhaps, you’ve had a really “bad” boss or observed one whose methods made you cringe. Perhaps, you’ve even been in a “dark” place as a leader yourself.
Describe an experience you’ve had with a less-than-perfect leader and suggest what he/she might learn from reflective theory. Also, does anything from the Forbes article resonate with that experience?

For this activity, you will design a DA measure using a mediated learning experience that could be implemented with a preschool or school-aged child referred for concerns with language development.
