Design an implementation plan that integrates knowledge of theories, principles, methodologies and processes to support the project.
The ADP can also provide the opportunity to develop an original, in-depth case study on an organization of your choice. Such case studies can have both pedagogical value and also assist the organization on which they are based to observe, at arm’s length, an outside view of their own organization and some of the challenges it faces.

• Organize, prepare and conduct research to support a project.
• Synthesize knowledge and formulate an original, comprehensive project which improves a business or organizational process or capitalizes on a business or organizational opportunity.
• Design an implementation plan that integrates knowledge of theories, principles,

• Make a significant contribution to your business or organization.
• Conduct a thorough review of relevant professional literature related to your project.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of basic research principles and techniques.
• Apply project planning, scheduling, organization, and implementation skills.
• Prepare a professional quality ADP Final Report which relates in detail the research, risks and benefits, implementation, results and conclusions of the Applied Doctoral Project.
• Provide an oral presentation of the ADP, with visual aids, in support of your project to a
Doctoral Committee.
• Apply professional ethics to the completion of the project
