Explain what you will do to follow-up and ensure the professional development is being implemented?

Bambrick- Sontoyo (2018) presented the ‘Living the Learning’ planning tool to assist educators with professional development planning that included the following criteria: See it, Name it, Do it, and Reflect.  Review the needs assessment for your campus and determine what professional development topic will need to be addressed at your campus, department or grade level. As described on pages 212-215 in the Bambrick-Santoyo (2018) text, create a professional development plan that includes the professional development objective, the plan, how it will be executed, and what kind of follow-up strategy you will utilize to ensure the implementation of the professional development is being fulfilled. Identify the ‘Living the Learning’ components (See it, Name it, Do it, Reflect) in your professional development plan accordingly.
