Patient is a Hispanic female. The oldest out of five children whom all share the same mother and father. Patient is dose not currently live in the household with her family as the relationship with her parents are estrange due to a recent abortion. Patient is the mother of a 4yrs old by which whom resides with her parents due to patients’ ongoing drug addiction and instability.
