No group or organization is completely prepared to handle all issues that arise from the implementation of new programs, software, or changes in leadership. Honestly,am not sure if there is anything they could have done better in the planning stages because this pandemic was a new experience for everyone.There had to be swift actions taking place to ensure that the educational process continued despite the obstacles we were faced with. The hybrid model was the best option in that it provided parents and/or caretakers the opportunity to choose which delivery method would be most appropriate and beneficial for their student(s). Introducing new processes is called innovation (Leong et al. 1990).
