Aims of Module: (maximum of 5)

To develop the understanding application of the 5 conventional valuation methods: comparable, investment, residual, profits and cost.
To understand and competently use Parry’s Investment Tables within a variety of valuations.
To provide advice to clients based on the various methods of valuation studied
To competently undertake leasehold valuations
To competently undertake surrender and renewal calculations
