When operations leaders drive the change, who has lived and breathed similar projects in the past, they have a greater chance of success. They know what steps need to be taken and the best time to do so. They know how to get buy-in from the workforce and succeed at the communications plan. They understand the vision and values of the organization and can ensure the change project is in line with the long-term strategies.
