4- What’s the current waiting time in the hospital? How do you know about it? What is the % of time reduction you are planning to accomplish?
5- You missed to include following data: Pareto, CTQ, KPOV. These are basic input data to understand what is current situation of the process and will help you to determine the RCA and respectively improvement plans.
