Summarise and critically evaluate the intervention you practiced.

The self

What to include in your portfolio entries

Theory: understanding and critical evaluation of relevant concepts, theories and research related to your chosen topic.

Intervention (The Self-Puzzle, see attachment): summarise and critically evaluate the intervention you practiced.

You may include the rationale for selecting your intervention, how you chose to implement it (e.g. where, when. how many times) and the results. Results need not to be positive – be honest if the intervention did not work for you. Avoid describing the intervention itself.

Reflection: your own thoughts and reflections on what you have learnt, how the topic relates to your own personal development, being curious about what ‘worked’ and what didn’t and future interventions.
